A matter typed into a foreign model has left the country and your control. In a sovereign engagement, privileged and commercially sensitive material is processed only in India, on our own infrastructure, under a signed NDA.
Built with the DPDP Act in mind
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025 put duties on whoever handles personal data, including through AI tools. Keeping processing in India, on models we host, makes those duties simpler to meet. It does not replace your own compliance work.
No foreign-LLM exposure
In a sovereign engagement, no prompt, document or output is sent to a third-party or foreign language model. The models are open-weight models that we host and fine-tune in India.

Is my matter sent to a foreign AI?
Not in a sovereign engagement. Models, documents and logs stay in India, on our own infrastructure, and nothing goes to a third-party or foreign language model. Is this DPDP compliant?
We build for the DPDP Act and Rules and keep processing in India. Compliance remains the data fiduciary’s responsibility, and we do not certify yours. Our sister site Codesnag offers a DPDP readiness check.
Which models do you use?
Open-weight models that we host and fine-tune in India. We do not resell a foreign model.
Can it run inside our firm’s environment?
Yes. On-premises and air-gapped deployment at your site are offered deployment options. The sovereign model itself runs on our own infrastructure in India.
Are you certified or empanelled?
No certification or empanelment is claimed. If one matters to your procurement, ask us and we will answer in writing.
